ACWA Second Helpings Cookbook

This cookbook contains more than 200 recipes gathered from members of the American Chuck Wagon Association. The book also contains stories; pictures of members' wagons and crews; and some history related to the chuck wagon era. The cover art, generously shared by Mike Scovel (www.mikescovel.com), sets a light hearted and fun stage for a wonderful culinary experience. All the recipes are written for home cooking, but can be - and most have been - prepared over open fires at the campgrounds.

Proceeds from the cookbooks support the ACWA Scholarship Fund and Youth Cook Offs that are held at many of the competitions.
